The security of this data is very important to us. We comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998. Part of this compliance is the registration of the purposes for which we process data with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). All feasible security measures are in place. However please be aware that the nature of our services mean that we regularly share data with third parties. This may include sensitive personal data as defined by the legislation. We will only share the data as necessary in the provision of our services and/or as required to do so by UK law. We cannot accept liability for any processing by third parties outside our remit. Any third party processing data as a “data processor” of our company does so in line with this policy.
None of the above affects your rights of access to any personal data we hold about you. Should you wish to request a copy of the data we may hold about you, please write to P Taylor, Data Protection Officer at the company. Applying by email is acceptable. Please note that we may charge a £10 administrative fee which is payable in advance and non-refundable.
